That means they are able to load games from the memory stick, as well as playing homebrew applications. -the firmware is custom and is 3.71-m33-2 -they are all black and phat version -have 3 x 512mb memory sticks and 1 x 1gb stick (not all of them are pictures but I have them. can take pics if requested) -comes with charger except 1 -i have 5 games but 2 will go to my cousin, pm me if you want to know what games, but for now Idon't know either Available Packages (can also customize per request) Here is package 1: 1 gb memory stick is in the psp.
